RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Adalene, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience from order to delivery. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days domestically and 7–15 business days internationally. Customers receive tracking once orders are shipped. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14–30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale and certain hygiene or personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection, while return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
